  The ladies answered my questions. There are a couple of things we forgot to do & check, but I am going to attempt to complete them. I left 4 out of 5 stars only because there is always room for improvement.

  customer service wasn't nearly as good as the last time I was there, but in defense of Verizon corporate office there was only one person there. So I brought the Galaxy s22 yall just sent me for free for starting a new line I will be returning it hope you don't charge me $50 restock fee cause that is way more than the phone is worth I have a 650 credit score surely you have do better

  Not knowledgeable.. got the run around . Desiree didn't know how to pay on a discounted account, called me back to do refund . Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to receive the refund . This is after I tried to pay cash 3 days prior and was told they didn't accept cash. Today I was asked cash or card.
