Needed to switch over eSIM to my older phone because my new refurbished phone broke and just switching SIM cards doesn’t work. I would have contacted my carrier except for the fact I can’t call them because I don’t have a working phone!
I drove up there and they couldn’t switch it because they need to send a message to the original phone and only “corporate on Dowlen can do it manually”.
Yes i’m going to be at even more of an inconvenience and drive out there to fix something that should have just been a “scan this QR code. Now get out and Have a great day!”
