    I went to Verizon to buy a new phone & was quoted a ridiculous price. When you need a prepaid phone go through Walmart & if you want a contract phone then you have to pay much higher. They quoted me a price of 220.00 & I got it from Walmart for 47.00.

    Me and my wife came in to upgrade our phone and have a few questions answered. Jason Garrett helped us through the entire process and made the phone upgrade process super easy. He explained everything in detail and was not pushy for us to get another line or upgrade/change plans. We told him we wanted to get new phones and that is what he did for us. Thank you so much Jason.

    Can no longer pay at the store anymore because they took the machines out of the store cant pay on line or on their app because it declines the cards you pay with notice i said cards plural ive been holding on the phone for 30 min and all i want tondo is pay my bill is that too much to ask? If i cant pay my bill in the next hour im switching services to some one who actually cares about their customers

    My wife and I were previously TMobile customers. We came into the Verizon store unsatisfied with our previous service. Trent, was the representative that helped us and was absolutely amazing. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and considerate to our needs. Trent, helped us select the best plan for our family and got us updated devices at a spectacular cost. I would highly recommend Trent to anyone who is a current or new customer. Great service and a great guy.

    Spend your money elsewhere. Their customer service is worse than their cellular service and that’s saying a lot. Look up a “true” coverage map, not like the one they try to show you when trying to convince you to switch to Verizon and you will see the that they have the least amount of coverage. Save your receipts and remember you only have 30 days for a full refund.
