When the vet brought in the enormous bill and I said there's no way I could pay that he said he would "share a secret", that I could look on the website and find a coupon to save $100. Now as a company that advertisers "being real" and "trust", why wouldn't you want your customers to know that from the beginning? And if I had the money he would have just let me pay the full price? What about the people that don't speak up and have to pay a ridiculous amount for no reason? Also comes to find out that the first exam is free if you go on the website and get a coupon Found that out after I paid already. I wouldn't recommend this vet. I would highly recommend Navarro Small Animal Clinic! The inform you of what they're going to do before they do it and give you your options and try and help you with the situation you're in and not screw you over.
