- RDRussell DelaneyOct 19, 20251.0Horrible place to do business with. I went and switched from cricket and I purchased four phones for my family. Fellow named Sam an Indian guy was the one who helped me. I told him I'm very bad with phones and I would like to buy a screen protector and a case for my new 2025 Moto edge. He explains to me they were currently out of stock but if I purchased a screen protector for another phone he would try his best to make it fit but promised to call me when they got more in in a few days. They never called. The screen protector he put on fell off the same day. Needless to say the phone got dropped while I was working and the screen was damaged. This was over 2 weeks later. They never called and I fully expected a new phone because I was very specific I don't want to leave the store with the phone unless it was protected. He assured me that they would call as soon as they came in. I called a few times and couldn't get anyone on the phone all I got was a busy tone. I work too much and cannot get into the store often. When I went and expecting a new phone or replacement because they did not keep their word, Sam told the lady working over the phone that they couldn't do anything for me. I got something for him but just know anyone thinking of doing business with them specifically the one on Rio grande by HEB I would highly recommend you go elsewhere.
