It's nice as an older adult to receive respectful customer service from a young adult like Emilio. A few weeks ago I also came by to switch phone companies because Metro PCS made me want to poke pencils into my eyes for about a decade. The two young men at Total Wireless were sooo helpful, so much more so than any wireless business I've ever dealt with. They spent quite awhile helping me. I left then and today knowing I could count on great customer service here from now on. They've only been open here for about 5 months, so come check them out. Peace.
