I pulled my Ford Ranger up to the store front for loading. 2 young men employed by the store loaded the large box into my truck. While I was in the truck bed I politely asked for assistance strapping the box down with a ratchet strap. The 2 young men immediately responded that it was against policy to help and quickly shuffled into to store. I repeat….I AM A 70 YR OLD FEMALE and your young male employees refused to help me. This type of service is appalling. No wonder so many men want to be women.
