- SASheila Adams3 days ago1.0I bought 2 air conditioners from best in Victoria Texas a month ago. Best buy sent me a email saying when they would be delivered by fedex not them. When they delivered them we put one in the window turned it on a terrible perfume came out of the air conditioner. I called them they picked up the air conditioner that was defected. That was a week ago i called this last week to be informed they could not find it. Finally i received a tracking number from fedex. Yesterday the tracking system said it was in Arkansas headed to Kentucky. Today that air conditioner was delivered back to my house. I returned it again. I called Best Buy in Victoria texas. I was on hold for 45 minutes just to be told a supervisor would call be back. I still have not heard from anyone.

- PPPunkiFeb 19, 20261.0On February 11th, my husband and I went into Best Buy in Victoria, TX to purchase outdoor speakers for our property. We were initially looking in the $300–$400 range, but after being shown a much more expensive model (around $865), we decided to stretch our budget because we loved the sound and were told it would be worth it. The store did not have it in stock and would not allow us to purchase the demo unit. We were told it would arrive within two days. It is now February 19th. The tracking has shown it sitting in Austin since the 15th. After multiple days of no updates, I contacted customer service. After being transferred around, I was finally told it won’t arrive until February 26th. That is NOT what we were told in store. We rearranged plans and expected this product for a weekend gathering. We stretched our budget significantly based on what the salesman told us. The lack of accurate communication and follow-through is extremely disappointing. If the delivery timeline had been honest from the start, we would have made a different decision. Very frustrated with how this was handled!!
