- RERennae EsparzaDec 23, 20201.0So this year I gifted my Dad with his first iPhone. He finally had a chance to go and set it up at cricket with the hopes of transferring atleast some of his apps and data to the new phone. But unfortunately the customer service was not up to par. He was told that his “stuff” should have been transferred and if not for him just to come back another day. Apparently there was only ONE person working and that’s crazy seeing as it’s the week of Christmas. No one is perfect, I get that and I don’t expect a cricket employee to be perfect but if you are working at a store front then you should know that the first thing about working store front is customer service. So I am rating his experience a one star rating because now he doesn’t even want the gift I gave him. All because the first person that had a chance to show him about his new phone didn’t feel like it.
