  I’ve gone to this vet for about 9 years, since I rescued my dog. I will say that I’ve seen a few different doctors but all of them are knowledgeable and caring. (We have seen Dr. Snyder, Withrow and McKinley). I believe it was Dr. Withrow that recommended care club for my Senior dog, and I did not feel sold at all - in fact, it ended up being a great decision for my dog and I later that year. One thing that stands out is when my dog started having medical issues, there were several tests to be done, and the communication, transparency on costs, and options were incredible. Dr. Snyder was on my dog’s case and I could always rely on a prompt reply and next steps in her prognosis. Additionally, the nurses and staff are very kind and accommodating - it is a pleasure interacting with them. If you are looking for an honest, reliable vet clinic in the area, I highly recommend.

  We have had such an amazing experience with VCA Park Cities, especially with Dr. Beck. He has been Bear’s vet since he was a puppy, and I truly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with his care. Dr. Beck is incredibly attentive and thorough. He always takes the time to listen, answer every question, and explain things in a way that makes you feel informed and confident in the decisions you’re making for your pet. His knowledge and experience are so evident, but what really stands out is how much he genuinely cares. Bear has always been comfortable at his appointments, and that says so much about the environment Dr. Beck and the team create. We are so grateful for the years of compassionate, consistent care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet who treats your pet like family.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ VCA Park Cities Animal Hospital in Dallas is outstanding! The staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely caring, making every visit comfortable for both pets and their owners. They have taken wonderful care of Frost and Banshee, showing true dedication to their health and well-being. The veterinarians take the time to thoroughly explain treatments and answer all questions, which is rare to find these days. I highly recommend VCA Park Cities for anyone looking for compassionate and knowledgeable veterinary care.

  Dr. Heard is such a blessing! She is thoughtful, thorough, and compassionate. My pup came in barely able to walk with a cervical spine issue and a shoulder muscle that had quickly deteriorated. Dr. Heard developed a comprehensive treatment plan with Chinese herbals, laser, and acupuncture and my girl is back to herself, running around like a puppy with a strong shoulder. Dr. Heard continuously checked in with me after every treatment. I’m super grateful for the wonderful care Dr. Heard and her team have continued to provide!
