  I spent 2 hours on our first visit to literally walk out with trucompanion insurance spot insurance and a petcare contract and a doctor who made sure that my dog would have a pre-existing condition making the insurance not cover her in the future - - My dog wasn’t treated for anything although vaccines or medication/prescription for what I stated was my main reason for the visit was not even considered - I walked out with nothing except pre authorization denied claim which had been sent in by the doctor (still not clear why she did that) and the result is my dog is now labeled as having a pre existing condition — what was pre existing when I walked in was a former vet misdiagnosis of her heart worms yet nothing at all treated at all - an utter waste of time - perhaps I was mislabeled as not having enough money for them to treat my rescued dog. That’s how she looked when I rescued her from the street and here she is now hanging out with her big brother-

  Best VCA we don't even live by this one. But we go here anytime any of our pets needs ANYTHING. They are amazing, sweet, considerate and reasonably priced. I have been to other VCA's and none of them can compete. Please bring your pets here 🙏

  I've been doing acupuncture treatments with Dr. Heard for my two cats for the last year, and it's been a game changer. It corrected the over-grooming and hair loss in my one cat, as well as helped stop his loose stools almost overnight. For the other cat, it's really improved his mobility and the discomfort from his arthritis. Not only is Dr. Heard incredibly knowledgeable, but she is also attentive and willing to find the best treatment possible for your pet's needs. In the 17 years of pet ownership, Dr. Heard is the best vet I've had, and her incorporation of more holistic approaches along with traditional veterinary treatments have been incredibly beneficial.

  I cannot recommend Dr. Ashley Heard enough. My dog caught an eye infection right before 4th of July. I called in advance to give them a heads up because this was our first time at this vet and he has extreme vet anxiety since going through heartworm treatment, whole body trembles, hiding under my legs, won’t let them get near him. However, dr heard came in gently and sat on the floor, asked me questions about what he likes, let him sniff every tool/medicine beforehand and even put cheese on the stethoscope since I told her that’s one of his biggest issues! And he let her do it all, he was so relaxed and I was so so happy! He had an amazing visit because of her patience and kindness with him - he even laid down calmly during our visit which never happens! I’m so thankful for her care

  VCA Park Cities Animal Hospital is AMAZING. Their care and concern for our Havanese pups, Sadie and Coco, has been exceptional. We have repeatedly been amazed by Dr. Heard’s willingness and desire to go far above and beyond her call of duty to give our dogs the best possible care. She has been in touch thru and thru with us after we brought Sadie in last week for a UTI and it was determined that she also had streuvite crystals. Dr. Heard has followed up with us repeatedly, and actually met us at the clinic yesterday(Sunday) when it was closed because we told her Sadie wasn’t eating and sent a picture of her eyes that had gotten infected as well. Dr. Heard didn’t flinch and immediately told my wife that she could meet her at the clinic in about 30 minutes. Dr. Heard brought her daughters on her day off up to the clinic just so she could serve us. I don’t think many vets would EVER do this. If you haven’t tried VCA Park Cities Animal Hospital, please do! You’re missing out, and more importantly your pet!
