  I had a great experience here at Geek Squad. Justice was so nice and he was able to fix my computer that I thought was gone forever. Very great costumer services !!!

  The summary is, I worked with the Geek Squad for 3 hours with no resolution and a lady in my office fixed the problem in 30 seconds!! You can see details below. I purchased a new laptop computer from Best Buy which I am very happy with. However, I work in an office usually a few hours two days a month just to run reports. In order to run the reports, I must have access to the network printer. I was able to access the WiFi with no problems but could not find the network printer. It is a large Xerox printer, everyone else in the office uses the same printer with no problems. I contacted the Geek Squad who instructed me to contact them while I was "beside" the printer. I did so and reached a young man who immediately began trying to give me instructions but it was difficult because there was a difficult language barrier. Soon he dialed in on my computer and began trying to access the printer, having me unplug it, etc. This lasted an hour before he turned me over to an "expert". Once the expert took over, it was the same things going on until he logged into YouTube, found the printer that I was trying to access and he instructed me to log into the printer as the Admin person and start changing settings. This was after 3 hours of working with the Geeks. I told him that I was not going to change anything on the office printer. There was no problem with the printer. I had to leave anyway, it was already 4:00 and we had plans. So we disconnected. There is a lady in the office that could hear what was going on and she asked me if I would mind her taking a look at it. She came over, went to the same screen, I gave her the printer IP address, she typed it in and the printer popped up for access! We selected it and it immediately printed a test page!! Thanks Geek Squad!
