He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and very, very patient. My phone was an iPhone 6s that had not been updated in about two years. It took a pretty good while to get things done due to that. Vicente spoke to us about different subjects, keeping us entertained while my phone took forever to do whatever it needed to do so that we could transfer info to get new phones. We were there for around three hours dealing with my phone more than anything else. I highly recommend this store. We are very happy with the service we received and this is the only store we will use for anything regarding our services.
