  Kristion Harris was absolutely amazing at Verizon! He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly while helping us with our phones. He made the whole process quick and stress-free and made sure we left with exactly what we needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. If you go to Verizon, definitely ask for Kristion — he provides top-tier service!

  I had by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store, and that’s entirely because of Kristion Harris. Kristion was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was done right. He took the time to explain options clearly, answered every question without rushing, and made what could have been a frustrating process feel smooth and easy. I never once felt pressured—only supported. This was hands-down the best service I’ve received at a Verizon location. If you’re considering Verizon Home Internet or need help with anything Verizon-related, ask for Kristion. This is exactly how customer service should be done. Highly recommended.

  Compared to any Verizon store I have been in this is by far the best! My wife needed a phone and I was dreading going based on passed experiences at other stores. We picked this store based on Google reviews. I am so glad we did. Dacoda waited on us and was more help than I have ever had at a phone store. He was friendly and polite. Plus he answered our questions and took time to explained the phones to my wife. He knows what he was talking about when it comes to phones, plans and all that goes with it. Never pushy or impatient with a couple of old folks. He explained that I could get a phone also for free. He worked to get us the best plan possible. We left there with 2 new phones. Thank You Dacoda! We'll recommend you and this store.

  I can into the Verizon store on 1/19/26. I was greeted by Kristian. I brought my bill from T-mobile. He was able to beat T-mobiles price AND help my wife and I to upgrade our phones. He helped me to get the trade in value of both our phones put towards our bill too! I’m so overjoyed with my experience that I had to ask if there is any way I could leave a review to make sure others know that this store is the place to be and he graciously said I could leave a review here. If you are on the fence on which Verizon store to go to, please save yourself some hassle and check out this store and ask for Kristian he’ll be sure to take care of you! You’re welcome in advance!
