    Will not help you in the store. The manager is very rude. Didnt want to deal with me when I came in. Do not come to this location.

    It was a horrible experience! When opening we waited outside then they guy comes and unlock the door and not hold it open when you have people waiting by the front door. After that. Having to wait hours and being lied to is messed up. Saying we have to wait 6 months for our phones when all we had to do was show proof of identity. There customer service sucks and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this one

    Went to get a watch fixed the guys there and the manager on duty told me if I got the two new lines it would make my bill go down like 10 dollars so long story short I did and 3 month later now my bill is 50 dollars more and im out of my 30 day window to return the product they lied to me about and this is a corporate store and even corporate wont do anything I've been with verizon for around 15 years and this is the crap they do mis lead and lie then tell me on the phone they can't do anything about the fact that their employee lied to me about it to get me to sign a contract it's bull stay away from Verizon go with at&t that's my plan when I told the supervisor how was I to know the contract wasn't met on their side before 30 days if everything was right till now (90) days past to return it before the 30 day warranty that alone is crooked and all they can do to fix it is take all my plans and reduce them to get it back to where I was originally paying again horrible company stay away
