- SSSandraNov 17, 20251.0I'm disgusted by the behavior of the management at this location. The manager, I believe his name was Caden, helped my parents and was incredibly rude to them. They are older, one of them just got out of the hospital and couldn't remember how to describe the issues with their phones in that instant. Rather than treating them with any shred of dignity, or the obvious, being patient, Caden, made fun of the fact that they couldn't describe in the moment what they needed help with. They were eventually able to get the help that they needed, but had to suffer the arrogance of this individual who claims he's the manager. Not that managing a Verizon is any achievement, but you would think that anyone in that position would have the common sense to not insult people to their faces. For anyone visiting this location, please have your questions ready, we don't want to waste Caden's precious time.
