Responded to automated inquiries by trying to contact the manager, sales, tech support, recent orders, et al, and then put on hold until eventually giving up after 10-15 minutes. Even tried the four-digit department number given to me by a rep when visiting the store and still No One picks up. Does the store manager even read these survey complaints? I doubt it given his/her track record to correct this. Despicable!
