    Being a 94 handicapped male, I do all my shopping by delivery and curbside pickup. Due to size of my purchase, I took my walker out of car before leaving home. Parked in curbside spot in parking lot with BBuy curbside flag. No contact info on flag, pulled up website store site. Spent a half hour trying to find link for curbside p/u. Finally called on phone and tried to get to someone for curbside p/u, useless. !!!! Then went into store to ask what to do, had to go to pickup counter and wait in line. Finally they said order was coming and I started going to my car in parking lot. Turned around n order nowhere in sight, went back in and they said they couldn't take the order to the car. Said I had to bring car to store door for loading because they can't take orders to car. So I drove to front of store to finally p/u the order. No signs to indicate to p/u loading area which probably should be a no parking fire zone. Won't buy a thing there from now on

    I can't say enough about Serenity who assisted me in buying a laptop. I'm going back to school and knew nothing about what I would need. She helped me every step of the way and I even learned a few things. Whatever she is paid IS NOT ENOUGH!!

    The Best Buy employee with the red and black hair is always very helpful to me, I really appreciate that because customer service is very important, in fact a lot of the employees are very nice, which is why I like to go to this particular location at my team silly but sometimes I avoid going to other Best Buy because the customer service is so good that I very much enjoyed my time when I go there it’s not just another Best Buy run, it’s a community of people. And that’s why I love it so much. Sorry if that’s lame. 😒

    April was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I bought an Aura ring and the return policy was acceptable. I have 15 days to bring it back with a FULL REFUND if I determine it’s not what I want. They don’t offer senior citizen discounts or Military discounts, which I find OFFENSIVE, but that’s the way it is.

    IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 0 I WOULD THESE PEOPLE HAVE A MAIN NUMBER AND DONT EVEN ANSWER THE CALL THEY HAVE AN AI MACHINE AND THEY DONT EVEN TRANSFER YOU TO A REPRESENTATIVE THEY TRANSFER TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO TELL YOU THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK IN 24-48 HOURS DO YOU THINK I HAVE THAT TIME NO WAY I BEEN WAITING SINCE JANUARY 10TH AND STILL NOTHING FROM THE GEEK SQUAD I LITERALLY CALLED TWO DAYS AGO AND THEY SAID THURSDAY ILL HEAR BACK NOTHING ITS FRIDAY !!!! AND I STILL DONT HEAR ANYTHING WHAT IS GOING ON I PAID THE DEDUCTIBLE AND STILL NOTHING AND THE WORST PART IS THEY DONT ANSWER LIKE LITERALLY I GO TO BEST BUY WORKERS ARE JUST WALKING AROUND ACTING LIKE THEY WORK AND NOW THEY CANT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS LAST TIME I USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU PAD EXTRA FOR APPLE CARE DONT THEY TAKE FOREVER TO GET YOUR DEVICE BACK THEN THEY DONT RESPOND !!!!! THEN CUSTOMER SERVICE HANGS UP ALI AND JALA JUST HUNG UP MADE UP NAMES TALKING ABOUT GOR THEIR SAFETY THEY CANT SAY LAST NAMES IM NOT ABOUT TO HUNT U DOWN IM JUST TRYNA LET BEST BUY KNOW YOU WERE OF NO HELP !!!! ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME I MIGHT NOT EVER SEE MY TABLET AGAIN I CALLED SO MANY PEOPLE THEY JUST KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND THIS PLACE IS JUST TERRIBLE !!!! THE OWNER ONLY REPLIED TO LOOK “GOOD” I GUESS !
