I was traveling for work and had forgotten a couple of items. I visited this store and was immediately greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to quickly assist me in finding what I needed. The checkout team was also friendly, efficient, and moved quickly.
They let old guy that works at phone company, in and out like he owns the store when the Pokemon drops are in, they let him buy more then anyone else too because he works there

I had a fairly simple issue that was escalated to a manager, the old man wearing a Bass Pro hat, and the experience was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, he showed no empathy and made no real effort to help resolve the problem. Instead of handling the issue as a representative of Best Buy, he directed me to call the manufacturer or Best Buy corporate to complain to them. That is not the level of customer care I would expect from any employee, much less a manager. I think I’ll skip Best Buy from now on and just shop with the manufacturers he wanted me to call.

Great customer service. Services rendered in a timely manner, faster than estimated.
We’re getting a laptop today, and the store and associates were kind and helpful.
However, Caleb was extremely persistent with applying for a credit card, despite having said no 8 times, and didn’t tell us that the laptop that we were initially wishing to purchase was sold out after having spoken about it with him for over an hour. We understand that he’s young and recently dropped out of college, so we didn’t have the heart to confront him more during our visit.
