  Phone shows as delivered Wednesday but employees have no idea where it is. Really disappointing. I called the store after we left after we saw the receipt had an old address and they promised me it would be delivered to the store. No one seemed to have any answers for us. We are now cancelling our order and won't be back. Additionally employees pushed screen protectors on us and made us feel bad for purchasing outside of the store. They should be happy to have business at all

  I had a great experience when I first placed my order for my phone upgrade in person. But I guess the experience depends on which shift is on duty. Today’s shift can all pretty much be replaced with automated kiosks and you’d have a better and more informed experience. You’d save on labor too. I kept asking questions about the trade in return process, how the trade in credit will apply, the monthly payment I had agreed etc, and the lady did not know the answer to a single question. She just kept saying “oh I’m just processing your pick up, I don’t know what you agreed with your sales person” “oh you’d have to talk to your sales person” and then getting defensive when I ask when the salesperson will be in. Sad that my exceptionally good experience I had when I placed the order was tainted by a horrible and uninformed pick up experience. Please train your sales people better.

  If I could leave zero stars for the service I never got I would. I drove 25 minutes to this Verizon location because it was the only one near me with the phone I was looking to purchase in stock. I arrived there at 3:30 PM on Sunday, January 4. I was more than willing to wait patiently because I know typically on Sundays it’s a lighter staff. When I entered into the building, no one bothered to greet me so I waited patiently. There was a couple before me and no one else. A gentleman came in about 10 minutes after me who was also waiting. One gentleman assisted the couple that was next, and the other employee with the beard went to assist the gentleman that came in after me. After waiting 30 minutes, with no one bothering to speak, and then turning around to assist a client that came in after me, I got up and left. I refuse to give my money to a place that clearly does not want to service me. I can’t help but think it was a coincidence that I was the only woman of color there who was blatantly ignored. Because it’s nothing to simply say “Hello welcome in we’ll be right with you”.

  Cheye W and Ali was Awesome and a huge asset to your company. They were efficient, knowledgeable, patient and made sure that we maximized on our dollar with replacement of our iPhone. If your out looking for a phone please, I recommend this location!
