I was promptly greeted by Robert who provided incredible service. His knowledge of the devices, plans and services available from Verizon saved me considerable money and improved my experience. It was a pleasure dealing with Robert, he clearly loved his job and helping people.

My wife went to pick her phone up and they said the order had been cancelled. I looked on my account and it showed a refund of the phone I paid for immediately after I left the store. On top of that, I paid for my phone in full and now my account shows that my phone is on a payment plan. When I get home from traveling I will be returning this phone and will immediately be going to ATT. This is trash customer service. Nothing was done correctly.

We specifically told them that we did not want to change our plans as we have family on the plan as well, we just wanted a new phone and not to change our plan at all. We didn't even make any purchases or sign anything and after we left we got a notification that she got rid of our hot spot and added on Netflix and HBO! We had to call headquarters to get our plan changed back. Do not recommend, do not go here. Go to any other Verizon location but here.
