- NJNatasha JacksonJun 15, 20251.0terrible experience from start to finish, would never ever visit this store again for absolutely anything, I walked out adding a contract for 3 years to my life without my phone being set up and right now its super late at night and I'm realizing I have to go to a whole other location to get the help I feel that is necessary for the new customer proper welcome experience. the manager just looked at me when i initially walked in the store and quickly went to the back and got another sales rep to assist me. the sales rep Matthew King was rude and almost loud at times trying to explain the promotions. when i mentioned checking around with AT&T and TMobile he didnt send the email he promised he would send for my discounts, he didn't set up my phone at all. the manager had the most mean look on his face the whole time. please do yourself a favor and visit another location for the full phone upgrading experience. You will not receive it here at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
