I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD!
I am writing this to warn anyone—especially students or young women—about the predatory sales tactics at the Best Buy in The Woodlands (Lake Woodlands Dr). A bilingual (Spanish/English) salesman with brown hair completely ruined our experience and manipulated us into a contract we never would have signed if he had been honest.
This salesman used a "calculator trick" to look us in the eye and promise that our new iPhone 16s would cost exactly $7.99 a month, totaling $287.64 over 36 months. He even showed us the math on his own calculator to gain our trust. In reality, he "crammed" an extra $10.00/month "Next Up Anytime" fee onto each of our lines without saying a single word about it. When we questioned the blurry, unreadable iPad screen he was holding on the table, he literally told us, "Don't worry about the blurry screen, it’s just the standard legal stuff."
He then explicitly lied and told us we could keep our old phones as a "perk" of the promotion. However, our actual AT&T Order Summary states that a trade-in kit is being mailed and we have a strict 30-day window to return our old devices or we lose our credits.
He did this same thing to three of us at once. He waited until we paid the taxes to provide the summary, knowing we wouldn't see the truth until we got home. This is not just a mistake; it is a calculated "bait and switch" designed to hit sales quotas by lying to customers.
If you see this salesman, do not trust his calculator or his word. He is more than happy to trick you into a 36-month commitment filled with hidden fees you never agreed to. Best Buy management needs to address this dishonesty immediately.

My partner and I went in to buy an 85in tv. We picked out exactly which one we wanted specifically because it was nicer, newer and had a flat back. We told the sales associate which one and he ended up telling us we could also get a discount on it. When we got home we realized he gave us the wrong tv, most likely because it was the older tv model (which we didn’t want) which was also not a discount for us. We had to take everything back just for the managers to tell us they couldn’t do anything about it when the employee gave us the wrong tv knowing it wasn’t the correct model of what he asked for. There needs to be some accountability taken especially when that much traveling, labor and money is involved!

Only 2 stars because the lady that initially helped me was very kind. I came to return the wrong game and was created by a very nice worker who asked if I wanted to just do an exchange so I didn’t have to worry about it taking time for the refund to go through to my bank account. The replacement game was not available, upon returning to the customer service desk, a different worker came over to help me. He started by insulting the game I wanted to get for my Fiancée, and after telling him I just wanted to return the game, he offered to check other Best Buy’s in the area, but when I told him this was the closest location and any others are over an hour away from where I live, he said that wasn’t true??? I didn’t know you knew were I lived buddy? After repeating myself and declining his search, he insisted on trying to order it for me I said no multiple times and he only stopped insisting when I firmly said I wanted to return it

Had the flu the week before Xmas. Finally made it into the store on the eve of the big day. If I hadn't met BestBuy worker, Francisco, I'd be lost. He asked the ages of the family members I was shopping for and helped me pick out gifts for each one. Walked me thru the whole process, double checked online that there were no subscription fees id have to pay for down the road on one of the products...just super knowledgeable, kind, and efficient guy.
