The cameras wouldn't turn on for me to check out and some employee came up offerin' help and I let him know the cameras weren't turnin' on and his response golden, "Have you tried turning it on?" I know I may not look the brightest but I am a photographer and videographer I know how to flip a button

Came into this location to pick up and order from a customer. When the door guy met me upon arrival, he asked how he may assist me. I told him I was looking for a particular gaming cartridge. He pointed me towards the direction of 2 young men adding to ask on of them they would happily find what your needing.
As I approached the 2 young men standing conversing among themselves, I kindly asked if one of them could help me? The one facing me named Emery said 'Yeah, what's up?! The other young man had his back to me so I was unable to get his name, and immediately asked if he could help me. He turned around an said Yes he sure would be happy to assist. As Emery walked off I asked him his name and he completely ignored me personably. I had to ask another coworker what his name was and was told Emery.
Best Buy this is a shame you hire people with no respect nor have a professional way of caring of themselves or others.
I will be contacting corporate regarding this incident and experience!

To Executive Customer Relations,
This correspondence serves as formal notice that my active protection plan has not been honored despite documented covered failure and repeated escalation.
The protection plan for my 85-inch television (purchased May 2024) has remained active without lapse, including annual payments of $179.99 and additional policy coverage associated with the account prior to its merger from personal to business.
On December 11, the unit began exhibiting panel failure while coverage was active. I initiated service. I was incorrectly informed that no protection plan existed. This was factually inaccurate.
Over the next approximately three months:
• Service was EXTREMELY delayed
• Appointments were mishandled
• Technician documentation was incomplete & EVEN RECOMMENDED REPLACEMENT - POWER BOARD FAILURE. 2 BLINK CODE...
• A replacement recommendation was not properly processed
• Policies were misplaced during account merging
• No formal written denial citing contractual exclusion was provided
Samsung has since diagnosed power board failure consistent with surge-related electrical damage.
I have retained complete documentation, including purchase receipts, coverage payments, service contacts, and diagnostic confirmation.
At this point, the matter reflects failure to properly administer and honor an active service contract.
I am requesting, within 5 business days:
Written confirmation of contractual coverage determination.
Full service record and internal notes related to this claim.
Resolution consistent with the protection plan terms.
If this matter cannot be resolved administratively, I will pursue formal remedies available under consumer protection and contract law.
I prefer resolution without further escalation and look forward to your written response.

I want to leave a huge thank you to Austin from the Meta department.
I came in with an issue accessing my Best Buy account and completing my purchase, and Austin was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from the very beginning.
Even when the purchase didn’t work on the first computer, he didn’t give up on me or send me to customer support. Instead, he stayed with me, tried different solutions, and worked through the issue step by step until everything was successfully completed on another system.
What really stood out was that he genuinely cared about helping, not just doing the minimum. He took the time to explain things clearly, stayed calm and positive the entire time, and made a stressful situation feel easy and comfortable.
Austin went above and beyond, and I’m truly grateful for his help. This is exactly the kind of service that makes a difference and keeps customers coming back.
