Everything is good but the only that bothered me was that apple's guys that speak Spanish didn't speak it, because they want to everybody understand what they say. I don't know if Apple don't allow them to speak another language other than English, it is ridiculous, or racist?

Poor service. Had an appointment for my phone to be restored. Waited 40 minutes. Then the lady plugged my phone to the computer where i waited an extra 40 minutes. She never came back to check on me so I ended up doing the whole restore process by myself with no help. Also had an appointment for my airpods to be connected to the phone and never got helped. What a horrible experience.

Me and my family were searching for an iPhone 17 pro max and an iPhone 16e at Willowbrook Mall when a sales associate stated they didn’t have any 17 pro max in store but that the Woodlands did have it in stock. So me and my family drove to the Woodlands to get the two phones. When we entered the store at 6:41 p.m. and no one acknowledged us for the first 10 minutes. My mother tried to get the attention of, what I assume was the floor manager, however the floor manager completely ignored her and went to talk to the couple next to use who came in after us. After the manager was done talking to the couple I grabbed her attention and stated we wanted an iPhone 17 Pro Max. The manager stated it would be a 30 minute wait and that we are third in line. My sister told her that she was also wanting an iPhone 16e. She stated the same that it was gonna be a 30 minute wait. We waited and at 7:17 p.m., we asked the manager, who throughout the whole time was simply standing near us and doing nothing, why she spoke to the couple next to us and not my family. The manager stated that she saw them first and it’s whoever spoke to her first that she approaches first. When we reiterated that my mom said hello and made eye contact with the manager, my mother didn’t understand why she wasn’t approached first. The manager then stated that it’s whoever “waves me down” that gets approached first. The lady then asked in a rude attitude if we “wanted to keep waiting or…” After that me and my family left. We were willing to pay for the two phones in cash and no set up needed, just the phone up front. $2000 lost for them. 🤷‍♀️

Came into the store on a crutch from a torn lateral meniscus (knee) to purchase an Apple Pencil for my mom. An Apple rep, the size of football lineman with color sneakers and glasses, asked if we needed help. We told him what we needed and he said he would send someone to assist. Meanwhile after 10 minutes and watching two Apple reps at our table chat it up because it wasn’t busy, I asked were they bringing the pencil. He stated that he was still waiting for someone to come and assist. Simply ridiculous, especially standing with a crutch. I was there at 5:20pm. No concern for customers and no urgency in wanting to assist the customer. As a big supporter of Apple, I believe this negligence by employees is detriment to the Apple brand. Service must be better than this! I left pissed and no one bothered to find out the problem. Would you just stand there why others are available with no updates??? Ridiculous.

Not tech savvy but a kind gentleman patiently helped me reset password and change my email address to one I preferred to use. I never used the password or Apple assigned email other than to create it December 2021 when I bought my phone. He not only patiently helped me but also listened to me and suggested I switch to login not required to add free apps. He helped me with things I didn't even know I needed help with, like no login required to add free apps and that I could switch the email address. I believe this gentleman's main job is to greet customers and streamline them according to what they need but he helped me out while still performing those duties and continued working on my issues. (11AM 02/12/26). GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!! I heard so many horror stories about customer service at all Apple Stores but this store seemed to be very customer centric to myself and everyone else in the store at the time I was there. Keep up the amazing work!!!!
