Had an appointment scheduled to get the battery replaced in my iPad my appointment time was at 4:45. I arrived at 4:30 did not see an Apple specialist until 5:35 or so! Completely rude!! Told me that they don’t replace batteries, but I could upgrade if I wanted too. Hmm, that’s strange because when I made the appointment, she gave me the price of the battery and assured me that they do replace batteries. Won’t be back…
And I’ve kind of noticed that they don’t wear name tags…go figure!!

This store has the worst customer service. If you have to go to this location, be prepared to wait even if you have an appointment. They seem to have enough staff, but it’s clearly disorganized and poorly managed. Don’t waste your time like I did. Choose any other Apple location.

Beware they make you run around to come to a store across town that has parts to repair your phone just to leave and have to come back because they didn’t put all the pieces back together. They didn’t put the screws back on the bottom part of the phone. Luckily I caught it and came right back.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. iPhone 15 went into a “reboot loop”. I was told they have to break the glass to replace the mother board to fix it. Came back 3 days later, broke the glass and still couldn’t be fixed. They wanted $150 because they broke the glass and were going to order me a replacement phone. Replacement came in 5 days later, drove again 48 miles to the mall. One of the “genius” reps came up already flustered about his workload and said he would take care of transferring all my data, picture etc… off the old and onto the new phone. I waited 30 minutes and he came out, walked right past me so I had to ask him what was going on. He said oh, I forgot about you. Went to the back and came out with my replacement phone and nothing was there. I asked him where all the data and pictures are and he said, oh I already factory reset your old phone, “I only have two arms and I’m doing everyone else’s job today”! I asked for a manager and there was not available! Do yourself a favor and only deal with Apples customer service on the phone or online. These people are obviously miserable at this store. Very disappointing, enough to where I may become an Android fan soon!

A lady with curly hair told me to go to a store over an hour away and promised I would get my phone fixed tonight. She knew I had a young child with me that was sleeping and had already traveled 45 minutes to get to this store as I communicated that to her. I asked her if she was SURE as I do not want to drive only to be told otherwise, and she said a resounding YES. Needless to say once I got there, I was told they could not fix my phone tonight and worse, wanted to keep it overnight wherein I would be left with no working phone. NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!!! Truthfully the service is WORST than Android. This isn’t the first bad experience I have had with this location either. Nothing, even the simplest phone issue, is ever simple. 5-7 days just to get a replacement part to fix a phone that they sell daily. Terribly insane!! Do better! It’s all a setup
