  Took a few minutes to get help in the phone section. There was a team member there helping someone and then he walked off, looked directly at me 3 times but was more interested in flooring with the door greeter. Someone from the adjacent department ended up helping me. If I'm coming in to spend over $1k on a stupid phone, you better be, "Yes Sir! Thank you Sir! Right away Sir!" Other than that, place was great.

  Soy fiel miembro de Best Buy pero hoy recibí un pésimo servicio al cliente ! La actitud de Elizabeth en el área de Geek Squad no fue agradable y fue ruda en sus respuestas.. comparado con su otro compañero Chris que fue súper agradable y colaborativo con otros clientes!!! Lo mínimo es que el cliente reciba un servicio positivo cuando compramos.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this store. I drove 20 minutes to buy a cable that was listed on Best Buy’s own website for $12.99 (sold directly by Best Buy, not a third party). However, the price tag in the store was $30 for the exact same item—same length, same brand, same barcode. When I asked for a price match, the employee scanned it and insisted they were not the same product, even though they were identical in every way. It felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge me. Ironically, I could have ordered it for store pickup online for $12.99 at that very moment, but they refused to honor it at the register. I ended up buying the same cable on Amazon for $5, and with $4.99 shipping, it’s being delivered to my door in 3 hours. I will not be shopping at Best Buy again and certainly won't recommend them to anyone. Terrible customer service.

  If you want a textbook example of someone who clearly has no interest in being at work, ask for Missy at this Best Buy. But be warned, she might drain your energy. Ugly, nasty attitude that deserves to be called out.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. I drove an hour and 45 minutes each way to pick up this computer, expecting it to be in the "Excellent" condition as advertised. Instead, the unit was covered in scratches and incredibly dusty, looking more like a heavily used machine than a refurbished one. To make matters worse, it was missing the power cord and every other accessory that was supposed to be included. This is a direct contradiction to Best Buy’s own guarantee for this condition level, which states: "Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings. Includes all parts and accessories. Packaging may vary or be absent." This unit neither "looked like new" nor "included all parts." Save yourself the trip and the gas money—don't trust the condition descriptions on these units.
