    Went in with my sister to get a new phone, she picked out the color she wanted and they brought the phone up. Well, the rep who was with us never checked the phone color and when it was pointed out he could not figure out how to fix it. Instead of probably asking for help, this man proceeds to wipe not one phone but TWO separate phones on my mom’s plan. How? I have no idea. He was clueless and we were there for two hours and didn’t even leave the store with a new phone. 👎

    Made an appointment. Showed up on time, checked in and was told to go sit on the wooden blocks in the back. After 30 minutes of being ignored, I left. The entire time I watched unprofessional kids in blue shirts hang out and joke with each other like a high school cafeteria. Whoever is managing this store has no concept of customer service or professionalism.

    Placed an order, prepaid, drove an hour, came at the agreed time: order wasn’t ready. The ‘help’ consisted of a shrug, a ‘this is not our problem’ and call the Apple support desk who have made the mistake. Absolutely abysmal. No words

    Poor service. Had an appointment for my phone to be restored. Waited 40 minutes. Then the lady plugged my phone to the computer where i waited an extra 40 minutes. She never came back to check on me so I ended up doing the whole restore process by myself with no help. Also had an appointment for my airpods to be connected to the phone and never got helped. What a horrible experience.
