- TMTaylor Menting4 days ago1.0Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Do NOT come here. The lady who helped us was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and had NO idea what she was doing. Me and my boyfriend came in to get a phone replacement and she started off by giving him the wrong instructions and his phone completely crashed. Next, she started calling him “bro” and being completely unprofessional and a bit flirtatious, which was uncomfortable for the both of us. Then she tries to sell him something but wouldn’t share the price and basically shoved the phone she was trying to sell down our throats without fixing the problem of his phone crashing. We both left extremely uncomfortable and with no help. Do NOT come here.
