  Terrible service, these guys try to get your money out, if you want to solve a problem with your phone they don't help you and they only try to sell you another one, if you try to buy something they give you a price and then they raise it, you try to ask these prices and they don't know how to explain what they charge you, it's definitely a bad decision to come here.

  I do not recommend this store, very bad service, they want to take money from you for everything and when you ask for bills they don't want to give it to you.

  If I could give 0 stars I would do it, this company is useless, they have a terrible customer service, the people who serve in this store charge you ghost charges and then they don't want to give you invoices for this, when you ask them what they are charging they don't know how to tell you where your money goes. Terrible experience

  No, we were having trouble for international calls and high bills with AT&T so we decided to switch over to cricket. The young man working there named Vencat really knew his stuff much better than any of the standard like AT&T stores he set us up was very thorough and even got us going on HBO. I’m giving him a five star rating.

  I had my old phone for about 6 years now and it was definitely time for a upgrade. A big shout out to the Kiran for helping me. He was very knowledgeable and informative about each of the phones different features and I was able to pick the phone me. Thank you.
