Tanisha Pegue worked tirelessly on a large change to our plans and equipment. I can't give enough praise for the professionalism and extra effort she exhibits. I have never received such service! Thank you again for making everything so simple and accommodating.

- CTCarina TattoosJun 27, 20251.0I wish there was an option for zero stars here...Verizon allowed my stepmother to turn off my dad's acct after putting him in a nursing home and kept her phone on his acct &SS# as she told them he was dead and they never asked for proof. He asked me to help him get a phone, so I did. They wouldn't let him have it in his own name, though. Said I'd have to put it in my name for 30 days, and then he could put it in his name and transfer it out of my name. We had to change his phone number 4 times, due to spam calls constantly coming in, about every 7-10 mins. They couldn't stop it from happening, and his signal was garbage. He broke his phone and asked me to get him another. When I did that, turning the first one off... they never turned it off. So, months later, I'm being contacted by a debt collector over their mistakes. Their automated service is asinine, doesn't work properly. They lie over and over again. Saying they'll look into the matter and call me back, which they never do. I asked them to mail me an itemized bill, showing that the phone is no longer in service as of "?" Just a great big bag of hammers. I also had to take my 80 year old father 30 miles away to have him physically present in the store to prove that he wasn't dead. His wife had to do nothing to put all of us in this bind because she has a friend who works at Verizon. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. They are unprofessional and incompetent, to say the least. I'm so glad that I don't have service with them.
