I got scammed on an email that froze up my entire computer and also infiltrated my personal information that required me to make bank account changes and such. I believe the initial techs name, that helped me at the Geek Squad, was Deonte' After leaving my co.puter to get "cleaned" I walked the store floor looking for some outdoor speakers. I was helped by staffman Trace who was very knowledgeable and new his products well. He informed me of many options which I appreciated. The store is always clean. The staff is always friendly and parking is ample. The store location is very easy to get to. I've never had a disapointing experience at this store.
