For over 15 years, I’ve been a very happy Verizon customer and conducted all my services here at this store because of their friendly and brilliant customer service. The equipment is the exact same in every Verizon store but not the people who go out of their way to present, explain, and troubleshoot the customers concerns. Recently while I was there trying to get copies of documents and specific information I had the whole team working together trying different approaches as the manager turned the situation into a learning opportunity and in a matter of minutes, the team and I, with some interested by-standers all learned some valuable information about our phones and equipment. I’m really looking forward to visiting with this team for the next 15 or more years. Thanks Team 🙏🏼

I’ve been given the runaround for almost 2 months now and finally gave up. If you need help with anything with this store, you would be better off getting a new phone service. She is amazing, if i ever go back she will be the only one i work with. The 5 stars are for kelsey only. As the store needs to better train on customer service and there attitudes. Went in this Verizon location to pick my sons phones that i ordered, order wasnt even ready 4 hours later, lady seemed to get irritated she had to go in the back to grab them and then i Ask them if they could transfer the content and they the lady said it would be a 49 fee per phone unless I was military and then it would be discounted. What a joke this location is. 🙄
