Manager tells me ill only get $45 trade in because its damaged. The same manager who told me yesterday id get $420 she knew it was damaged. They wouldn't honor their price. Im returning the new device. Verizon charges more than anyone and this is the level of customer service you get. Ill be changing carriers when my devices are paid off.
