Absolutely terrible. I went in to get my phone fixed after the screen was completely smashed. They tell me they can fix it and I leave. Then, over the course of about 2 and a half weeks, they keep saying to come in on a certain day and it'll be ready, only for me to arrive and have them say itll be done another day. Happened probably 5 times. Then, when the phone is done, i go in to get it and the guy lets me take it for free? I get home and its terrible. you can see what i think is the glue on the top side? i turn it on and swipe a little and its really hard to swipe, i have to swipe just about the full length of the phone for it to actually swipe enough. The worst part was that it is glitching and making me click stuff i never touched!! i can set it down completely untouched and itll start pressing and sliding the screen around!! Its worst in the upper right, so when i go to text anyone it immediately starts calling them out of nowhere, and then i cant hang up!! Every ten minutes or so itll just stop working all together and i have to turn the phone back on and off for the screen to work. It also keeps flashing these gray lines every once in a while. I dont get frustrated easily but after an entire day of dealing with this, i tried to open my music app and listen to some music and it kept unpausing and replaying and i couldnt touch it at all. i was so fed up i started crying!! Incredibly bad service and repair, i assume i got it free because they knew. Gonna have to take it somewhere else. I'm just upset they wasted so much of my time.

Never could speak with a geek squad technician locally with any direct number or individual service contact their company service center .
Tried contacting them through Best Buy Killeen, Temple or Waco as I purchased my latest smartphone there and that was the subject I was seeking their guidance with but never was able to connect with them . Sorry otherwise I would have given higher rating as they do reach out a lot of info vids on the Google Play net.
