We told him we needed to buy accessories, and he said he would let us know when the phone was in the locker and then would help us with the accessory purchase. We waited for ten minutes, and then he started helping a family. We asked him if the phone was in the locker, and he very rudely said yes and went right back to ignoring us. We had to ask for a separate person to make our purchases and wait for that sales rep to show up. This was already after a sales rep at a different location messing up our order and spending an hour on the phone to figure out where the phone was I would avoid Verizon. It is incompetence across the board.

I said I’m buying an apple phones. I’ll use AppleCare plus for my insurance so I get a phone I get a bill come to find out is $600 and guess who’s been charged $75 for every freaking phone that I got without my permission that’s gotta be against the law. I told him I was gonna file a lawsuit and press charges and see what my other options are I highly recommend you check your check before you get out of the store buying a phone and making sure that they did not add insurance because I know that you have a commission for selling insurance on a phonethey did me wrong so you better make sure they don’t do you wrong
