  I just left this place. They charged double what my last Vet charges me on my last visit. These people are robbing people blind.

  They are all about the money. Every time I go in there they try to talk me into some new payment plan package. They also charge TOP dollar for every service. They made me give my cat a rabies vaccine when he was dying of cancer- I later found the paperwork that said he wasn't even due for one. They did nothing to help him feel more comfortable or better his quality of life for the time he had left. Another vet gave him an appetite stimulant that got me another month with him. They also talked me into signing up for a care club plan for him that didn't actually cover anything and I was locked into paying for it for an entire year even though my cat died 3 months later. This last time when I took my 3 year old dog in, they tried to sell me a dental plan for $1600 for the year. The average cost of a dental cleaning according to Google is only $500. And when I called another vet, I got a very different and more affordable answer. So I called them back within hours of our appointment to say I do not want the dental plan. I'm still waiting on the manager to call me back. Needless to say I am DONE with them. We are going to different clinic. I absolutely would NOT recommend you go to VCA East beltline animal hospital unless you have money to burn.

  They took my sick Bassett hound (bella) in right away , she was pretty sick the Vet and assistants took great care of her and a few meds and 5 days later she's all well , definitely recommend this place.

  Wow, this service is really stupid.They're booked up through the next two months and I couldn't even get an appointment. What good does that do nothing?

  Dr. Nightingale and every tech I’ve met has been an absolute pleasure. They are so good with my pups! I had only ever used them once in my life for an emergency years ago. I took in a sick pup and they were the only ones that could see me same day. I drove 35 minutes to go, and was so impressed I’ll keep driving two towns over. Everyone there is so nice- even the receptionist was offering to help me when I had my hands extremely full all the way to my car. She didn’t take no for an answer. 🥹 I have had zero issues with scheduling, rescheduling, care, or cost. My initially very sick new puppy is growing into such a big boy and they know who he is every single time. My dogs are getting better care than most of us are at our PCPS. Lowkey, I’m jealous. Pic of my fur baby just being as chill as can be there because the minute he comes in everyone loves on him. 😂
