- AAA1 day ago1.0The worst experience, astronomical bills, then when you cancel you have to pay for ROUTER and all devices, normally you return the routers to the company at no cost!! They leave this part out!! I have to pay $1000 for two routers and a hotspot and on top of the $370 for two cell phones and 2 internet! They even kept charging me $40 each month for a phone I was cancelled when we first started services but only refunded me for 2 months of it… crooks. You should definitely go somewhere else for better service and less cost!!

I'm not sure how to spell their name but they made the process very smooth and timely. It did not take too long to set up our new device and Leyshla made sure to check in with us as we waited. We had a great experience at this location due to Leyshla's friendly service.

- PBPaan BaanDec 16, 20251.0There was a short hispanic man that took over our purchase cause our sales rep got busy and we told him we didn’t want the protection package at all and he was rude he kept trying to force us to get it and after he did that I check my bill today he still added the warranty this is so wrong I got charged an extra $20 when we clearly told him we didn’t want worst experience.
