Dr. Floyd and the entire staff were so kind and thorough the entire visit and sent a text to check in on Lola two days after seeing her. I was happy with my regular vet and was a little disappointed when they wouldn't make time to see her or at least talk to me about her issue, especially because they have been seeing her most her life (and at an increased frequency in 2023). Though disappointed, I accepted that they were just busy, but after seeing Dr. Floyd, I noticed a clear difference in level of care and concern. Highly recommend and am so appreciative of the VCA staff.
