  This Best buy location has still to come long way for better customer service. Apparently they have 1 expert for speaker wire abd home theater system. So you better call them before you visit the store. I had similar experience earlier where appliance specialist was in too much hurry and recommended appliance without putting any efforts.

  Well my wife decided to purchase a laptop there and we went a spend 2 hours at that store today. We'll finally got some body not Ready that helpful finally after 1 and half hours the gentleman finally found the laptop that she wanted to buy for her sister. And I did not have my best by Card but I have did this before no problem !!! Not today the gentleman kept telling me no account under my name with all my information and I said you know after o and hour he couldn't get it done. So I guessing the department manager came over and he couldn't get it to work . Don't know if they knew how o what and the finally told to call someone. Aad I said you that card is a best buy card. YET THE SO CALL MANGER TOLD ME IT WASN'T THEY PROBLEM. AND I SAID YES IT IS . AND he SAID NO . And i said YOU THE CUSTOMER IS RIGHT. AND HE LAUGHED AT ME . AND I JUST DONT SAY THAT TO ME OR SMILE AT ME SO HE STIRRED AT ME WITH NO EXPECTATIONS AND I STIRRED BACK. AND I SAID YOU JUST CANCEL MY ACCOUNT HE DON'T SAY SO I walk away and and my wife just paid for it and that I did not like. And I looked back at him and just smiled. So I will never set foot in that store again if that is the BEST THEY CAN DO I AM DONE . HOPE THIS HELP SOME PEOPLE WITH THAT STORE. AND THEY NEED TRAINED PEOPLE THESE GUYS ARE NOT . I DONT THINK THEY EVEN HAD A MANGER? O by the way I had a 5 or 6 thousand dollar available. They want get a penny of it. GERALD STANLEY. (⌒0⌒)／~~ THANK GUY'S 😊 FOR BEING SO SMART!!

  Went there to buy camera, wasted 40 minutes as NOBODY helped me to buy it. I have asked 3 times other employees to help me to find right person to sell this camera, but no success.... Not surprised, why majority of the consumers prefer Amazon over BB.

  I have been shopping at Best Buy for many years. Purchased all of our TV’s and appliances there. I will never go back after my recent experience. What happened to this company??

  Never coming back here, I was ready to spend a couple grand on some computer stuff today for my Mom and I was ignored at the counter for 20 minutes by multiple associates on the morning of 2-24-26 and the GM didn't care and pretty much told me tough luck. Very trashy! No class! Can't even be greeted... lol
