For computers, there are stores with better selection. Prices are always competitive with any other mass retailers.

So I left and traveled to the Gessner (Houston) location and the associates there told me I was correct and assisted me very quickly with the trade and I walked out with a brand new one for a great price.

Even when I was paying my purchase I felt uncomfortable so I went ahead and returned that item back to a different location bc you will not make me feel unwelcome when I was just trying to buy a laptop. Last time I ever go to that store and I will just stick to my preferred location just bc it’s in sugar land doesn’t make it a better store.🤡
- CCcwtx101011Oct 25, 20251.0A sales guy named Dallas, he pretend that he does not know there will be "hard pull" on credit when applying best buy store card which is they called and promote this card to me with 10% reward and tells me "this is only store card, nothing to do with hard pull and credit card". I confirmed with him many times he insist "no hard pull". After application complete, I find my credit has been hard pull by them. Then I went to his supervisor, he told me they can do nothing about it and not feel sorry for this lying action by this sales person. This Sales guy and his superior want to get credit for their own benefit. They are not professional sales, no help, blind customer for their own benefits and not feel sorry and not even express sorry for their lying action. Definitely negative review, be ware this game. This guy and his supervisor definitely not qualify for this job. Negative, Not recommend and lying to customer.
