- CBCameron Bradshaw3 days ago1.0I brought in my Macbook Air for replacement on Dec 26th, they said it would be ready the 2nd of January. They quoted me 1000 for the repair, the cost of the macbook when I bought it, when they claimed it had no warranty, then they suddenly discovered I had a warranty when I fussed about the price. Quoted me 299 for supposed water damage, that Ive never witnessed. New laptops are 799 at best buy. The unit went out after I plugged in a new charger from the apple store and wouldn't start. They said they would have to send it off for another 5 days after being 2 days late on when they said it would be fixed, Im now being quoted at it taking at least 3 weeks. Because they need to order parts when they told me the reason it goes to the depot is because they have all the resources. They have been rude and offered no help or resolutions or support. This is the absolute worst experience I've had with electronic repair. Apple or another company. I'm going to leave a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau.

We called about a week later and they still had it at the store, now has been two weeks since they picked it up and they are not even answering their phones. Apple is this the way you treat your customers? First time trying Apple with my family except my kids, almost a year with apple phones and the service is terrible. We have a family plan with 5 phones and out of them one phone not working properly and the customer service is terrible
