Spent since 10am until close just to get an upgrade and get info transferred. Heard every excuse that they could not help. Refused to allow me to use my apple care to fix the old phone and kept making me go back and forth from tmobile to their store just to get help! Asked for Spanish speaking to a worker and she denied she spoke it and then went straight to someone else speaking Spanish. I dont understand why its so difficult to give good customer service. Something that should of taken less than 1 hr cost me a whole day of work. I feel robbed and frustrated at the type of employees apple hires. Why pay apple care when its refused to you. Also trued to lie saying tmobile had me freezed when tmobile states that doesnt exist! Just completely flabbergasted!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!

They took my phone in for service and what was supposed to be an hour repair turned into a month. This all while no communication or updates from the site.
