I have been lied to at least 20 times. I didn’t get the internet free tv promotion and separately I didn’t get the Black Friday free iPhone 17? Watch and iPad. They sent me a 16 iPhone I paid sales tax on and I took it into the store and exchanged for the 17 I was supposed to receive and I had to pay sales tax on that too being told I will get issued a refund within 5 business days / it’s been week and a half and still no refund. I called the local store and the manager is a joke who told me he can’t do anything to help me at all. He said he could call them and get same lying results as I did and he refused to help at all. His name is Ky Ward . The only Verizon person Leslie who works on weekends at least tried to help me super nice and dedicated but I’m realizing Verizon is just a scam. Iv turned into the BBB - attorney general is next and I will be filing in small claims court .

Im going to be honest here, I hate phone companies. I've never had a good experience and have phone hopped all of my life because of it. Last Saturday after I was leaving a funeral, my phone went dark and never came back on. A house fire, a funeral, my car broke down, and now my phone. I was beyond the point of functioning like a normal person and went to the store a little after 5 pm in a bad mood and place. Leslie listened. She didn't get mad at me for crying and yelling (I know how bad that it, I couldn't literally help it) or tell me to leave. She listened and promised I would not leave without a phone. In every possible way, getting into my accounts was impossible. My phone has everything. My Google account, my passwords, my recovery accounts, my bank. Everything. But that didn't stop her. She made calls, demanded help, say with me in patience and support. And made good on her promise, that despite everything, I was leaving with a phone. They close at 7 but she stayed and helped me make sure that not only did I have a phone, I had someone I could talk to and find some semblance of peace. My car is still broken, the fire did its damage, a beautiful life is gone from this world, but I have a phone and access to everything I need to survive with it. I couldn't ask for a better customer service experience, one Im not even sure I deserved at first, and I hope that the company knows how invaluable she is. Thank you Leslie, for getting me back on a starting square instead of floating through the void where I was.
P.S. It's the literal best phone I've EVER had and it is so affordable. She also fixed my issues with being over billed and I couldn't be thankful.

It took a hot minute to transfer my phone to Verizon from AT&T at NO fault of the employees, they were doing everything they could within their powers. They consistently were apologetic and going through all the steps trying everything to get the switch done. Tech support finally got it working but the in-person employees were the absolute workhorses to get it done. Thank you guys so much for your help and patience. Verizon the *company* itself needs to give the brick and mortar stores more powers to do these things though. The employees take so much verbal abuse when they’re so limited on what they can do.
