Nothing worked and it felt like the employee just wanted to shove us out the door. She couldn’t do anything without calling customer service and still couldn’t add a line to my account nor did she know what inventory she had. Had to stay till after closing and still didn’t get everything done.

If you walk into the store and ask for Kai or Leslie You will have a beyond exceptional experience. Their knowledge is apparent.
They genuinely seek to help the customer and answer questions with patience and honesty. Big big fan of those two so anyone coming to Verizon should ask for either of them

This store is terrible, made an appointment after getting told. They can't help me an hour before closing. Only to be told They can't help me even though I had an appointment.
