I spent Halloween evening there until closing time because none of our phone lines were working and they did not rush me out until my problem was solved. Instead of guessing and messing things up further, they made efforts of calling someone to verify and walk them through how to correct it efficiently. Not only did they correct the issue but they apologized on behalf of the other person who messed up, not even knowing who they were.. Simply because the person who messed up works for Verizon and they feel no Verizon customer should have to go through that.

The manager refused to do it and lied to me several times. I contacted the VZ customer service in corporate while in the store for 1 hour , provided them the information of the lazy manager. They apologize to me over the phone and handle everything for me. They waived my fees , schedule delivery for my phone, and assigned me account credit. Bottom Line: I would avoid this location, the employees are rude, lazy, and unprofessional.
