  I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 15 years. Recently, I visited the Stafford store to return my old phone after upgrading and to open a new line. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I entered the store, I was not greeted. I stood near the door until the manager looked up from her phone. She glanced around, noticed the other employees were assisting customers, and told me someone would be with me in a few minutes and to have a seat on one of the benches. I patiently waited. However, I watched multiple customers who arrived after me get assisted before I was ever acknowledged. After more than an hour of waiting, I saw the manager begin helping someone who had come in after me. At that point, I politely stood up and walked past her. As I did, she asked if I had been helped...despite clearly knowing that I had not. I'm now at the Sugarland store and customer service is great! As a customer of over 15 years, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. Customer service and basic acknowledgment go a long way. Please improve the level of service at this location, as experiences like this will cause you to lose loyal customers.

  This store and the staff are a joke. I was told there was a product available for me to purchase after spending an hour and half they gave me the runaround claiming the device couldn’t be taken out the system because of an error. They also lied and said no one has the device in the area and if they could just ship to which i said no. The manager didn’t even acknowledge the fact i was there waiting. They saw my frustration and laughed. I recommend you not to shop at this store and go somewhere else. If i could give this place zero stars i would.

  Generally speaking this place is slow, however I wanted to give them a chance after suffering a tremendous loss! The associates inside were aggressive in defense of their contract con. I.E. if you have to cancel the service, they will bill you for whats left on any devices, and then just steal the remainder of credit you had from any trade ins. To be clear the defense used was... everybody else does it. Which was a lie and certainly was the worst value I've received from any phone provider. The associate pushed me on to management, as if to waste more of my day with the same fallacy, appeal to majority! As a final appeal to get the last word in a failed argument! The associate used a crystal ball, I presume, and told me that all this was explained to me when I signed on.! Needless to say..had the association explained to me that they were going to steal from me in the event of a crisis...no, I wouldn't have signed on! Sign on with Verizon however, just beware places like this can and have caused homelessness!

  Black dude with low cut was very rude & nasty attitude. His demeanor was non chalant wasn’t helpful at all!!. I went when they first opened up wayy too early to already have a messed up attitude is insane. Wasted my time & gas going up there

  Came for a simple upgrade but staff are not helpful and take a long time to complete normal phone swaps.
