Everyone was super kind and attentive to myself and my pets, the facility was clean, and I was seen in a timely manner! My babies saw Dr. Alicia Walter and she was fantastic and patient answering all of my questions. They pick up calls and return calls in a timely manner as well which has been an issue for me with Vets in the past. All around super professional. I'm happy my pets are in good hands...I'd definitely recommend to friends and family!

My partner took our dog in, hoping to get help, but instead was met with judgment and humiliation. The veterinarian actually questioned whether we “deserve to even have a pet” simply because my partner asked for clarity about the cost of treatment. We love our dog dearly and wanted to do what was best, but instead of compassion, he was pressured and shamed — as if financial limits mean we care any less. And that’s not all our appointment was cancelled after charging us $100 just to get insulted . No one seeking help for their pet should be made to feel that way. It felt like the focus was more on creating a big bill than on offering real care. Guilt-tripping and insults have no place in a veterinary clinic . Definitely we won’t be returning ! Shameful vet behavior which was more of sales pitch ! Never want to step there !
