- MBMark Beck4 days ago1.0I'm extremely unhappy with the manager and owners! I bought a phone and it won't sync up to my truck, the manager, associate and I tried for hours. I decided to return the phone but the box it came in was 2 hours away. I was never told you had to have the box to return your phone! I told them I would be returning it with the boxes on Wednesday and the manager said it was approved. When I got there on Wednesday a different associate was working there and would not refund me. I came in the next day and the manager was on break and wouldn't come out to talk to me and the associate working said no refund and now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work! If you buy something from a Cricket store it has to be returned to that store! They don't tell you that until you have to return something! I will be changing phone service! It will cost them a lot more in lost revenue! That's the short and sweet version! š”š¤¬
