  After having a horrible incident with a former employee here I vowed to never go back. But today I found myself back there needing to upgrade my phone. Diana immediately greeted me upon arrival, gave my options and helped me weigh the pros and cons quickly, effortlessly and efficiently. I madey purchase with added goodies and was treated with kindness throughout the transaction. 5 STARS FOR DIANA no doubt. Thank you Diana. Happy Customer.

  I always go to the store and Taytum and the sales representatives are amazing always answer my questions and just have really good customer service been wit the company for 7 months never had issues going in store paying my bill or buying accessories 🫶🏻

  I'm extremely unhappy with the manager and owners! I bought a phone and it won't sync up to my truck, the manager, associate and I tried for hours. I decided to return the phone but the box it came in was 2 hours away. I was never told you had to have the box to return your phone! I told them I would be returning it with the boxes on Wednesday and the manager said it was approved. When I got there on Wednesday a different associate was working there and would not refund me. I came in the next day and the manager was on break and wouldn't come out to talk to me and the associate working said no refund and now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work! If you buy something from a Cricket store it has to be returned to that store! They don't tell you that until you have to return something! I will be changing phone service! It will cost them a lot more in lost revenue! That's the short and sweet version! 😡🤬
