  We brought our cat here after adoption because our shelter partners with VCA and they offered a free first visit. The free first visit was $400 because our cat had an ear infection. We brought him back for a follow up visit and he still had an infection and it was another $400. They asked us to bring him back in two weeks for another follow up but to be honest the price of everything was just so inflated that I couldn't justify continuing to bring him in. I take my cat's health seriously and I'm not particularly cheap, but the price gouging at this chain is really over the top in my opinion. My previous cat lived to 21 and I've been to many vets and none charged nearly as much as VCA. I brought my current cat to another vet and we were in and out with actual answers and less than $200. The staff is really nice I just can't justify the price.

  Dr. Kasper is an amazing Vet! he’s been my fur babies Vet for a long time, he’s always very caring and friendly!I Today I took Teddy to get chipped and for a dog a preventive shots for dog flea and tick treatment. summer is coming up and we have to be ready for our fur babies.💙💙🩷🩷

  disappointing. we love her veterinarian. this was our second time coming to this location with the same dog. we had to reschedule our appt from sat @1:20p to today, mon @5:40p. we were told they have a 15 min grace period. unfortunately, today, due to traffic, my dog and i didn’t make it into vca parking lot until 5:53p and INSIDE of the building until 5:54p - which placed us at 1 min until the 15 min grace period expired. my partner, who had come from work 30 mins away and was originally going to pick me and my dog up at home, had made it there about 20 mins before i had. when we walked in together, there was a woman at the desk on the phone. after a few seconds, she asked us to hold on for a moment. after 2-3 mins, another woman, whose name is lauren, comes from the back and immediately says to us, “so unfortunately bc it is after 5:55, we will have to cancel and reschedule your appt.” understandably, we were extremely late, but technically we arrived within the grace period. we just weren’t actually assisted before that grace period was up. we asked for a supervisor, who was actually the woman who had been on the phone when we walked in - apparently with the technical dept bc their “system is down.” both women were pleasant, and i try to understand bc i work in customer service. i understand it’s frustrating for them when people are late to appts. it’s just frustrating for us too bc we were told there is a 15 min grace period and were not given that courtesy. we’d also purchased a health care insurance plan for our girl and were told by lauren the insurance plan wasn’t actually installed, but pending. following this, my partner called their corporate number, provided to us by their supervisor, yesenia. apparently, this location has an extensive history of not cancelling policies after customers request them to do so. so now we have to shop around for another vet :( i’m editing to add: my partner says that we’d walked into the building @5:54p and stood there until lauren walked out from the back, glanced at the computer as if to check the time, and saw it was 5:55p and informed us we’d have to reschedule.

  Great first visit with Dr. Hope. You can tell she’s very caring and she answered all my questions today. Receptionist and vet techs were very nice. Office is very clean. Love that they offer a wellness plan!
