(I have 8 accounts and have bought multiple phones over the years) 2 men in the store that apparently did Not want to take care of us We wanted to activate a new phone. Neither wanted to wait on us. Someone else came in AFTER us So after asking us what we wanted they both decided to ignore us for 10 minutes as they BOTH TOOK care of that ONE person. Finally they decided to come over after being with thus one person, and did NOT TAKE CARE IF US. We walked out with questions unanswered And phones that did not work. We will never go back. Awful awful awful Shame on you Verizon if this is who you hire.!!!!
