He told me that I should go to the corporate store if I wanted someone to help without being charged for it. Why not just talk me through what I needed to do to make it work if it's such a common issue and easy fix?

While on hold during troubleshooting session, he also realized that I was eligible for a phone upgrade and an Upgrade for my Samsung tablet. He not only got my phone fixed so that someone else can now use it; I walked out of the store with a new phone and tablet. Verizon should give Nate a raise!

He needed phones, numbers, tablets, etc. Nathaniel was so patient and helpful. Working with us to get what we needed at the best price. It took 3 hours but Nathaniel stayed polite and upbeat the entire time. Even though it delayed his lunch. He is the type of person you want to interact with in general but especially as a customer. Thank you, Nathaniel!
