I walked in & looked around & saw it looked scaled-down & asked if I could return something and was asked, ‘did you buy the phone here’s and I replied, “I ordered on,one & was told by customer service that I could return at any Verizon store” and AGAIN, was asked if I bought the phone there…to which I replied, “It isn’t a phone and all I need to know is IF THIS IS A VERIZON STORE as, per the sign, it STATES, *VERIZON* on the façade…” to then to my wondering ears did hear, “This is not a corporate Verizon store, so you would need to contact Verizon…” and then, while departing made the comment that the conversation is now caught in a loop, it is, IN FACT, not a Verizon store but a shell of resale wonky resale of some type of franchise?! BEWARE!
