This Victra-operated Verizon store was a frustrating experience. My fiancé brought in an unlocked Moto Razr from Best Buy to swap from her iPhone 15 on her prepaid line. The tech couldn’t get the eSIM working, tried a physical SIM, and ended up deactivating her iPhone - leaving her with no service or access to get Verizon’s verification codes.
After 45 minutes, they referred us to a corporate Verizon store 6 miles away, which fixed everything in under five minutes. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and honestly, we’re now considering porting out because of it.
Go to a corporate-owned Verizon store instead

How is this place still open. They make you wait outside in the 100 degrees with the sun beaming on you from the door. Only to finally get to the door and then say they can’t help you and you have to go to “real verizon store” what are they if they are not real. And the attitude of the kid was horrible. 18 years 11 months with verizon and this place has made me decide it’s not worth it anymore.

BE AWARE!!! Well this is NOT a real Verizon store. They charge $39.99 a setup and go fee without authorization. You will not notice it because it’s the same amount has an activation and upgrade fee. I went in to upgrade and was told that the setup is required but never told I was going to get charge. I wasn’t provided a receipt because I can usually obtain a copy through my Verizon app. Well it wasn’t on the app and real Verizon didn’t have a copy. I had to call their customer service to obtain a copy and noticed the $39.99 fee for the setup and go instead of the upgrade fee. The upgrade fee is appearing on my Verizon bill. I waited over a hour to speak with a manager which I feel was on purpose. The Real Verizon customer service was able to give me a refund and was on hold with me until the manager updated the notes on my account about that unauthorized charge. I’ve been with verizon for 7 years and this is my first time ever experiencing this. This is my first and last time going to this location. Maybe have a sign on the door that this location is an indirect location and charges a mandatory $39.99 setup and go fee. And go over the charges with the customer so everything is transparent.
Everytime I look at my bill. I see something new. I’m not sure what they are doing but it has to be illegal. Looks like I was over charged for the phone as well. The phone is supposed to be $0.00 dollars after promotion credit. There’s a charge of a few cents after the promotion but those can add up especially if this is happening to multiple customers. For the employees that work there, transfer to a real Verizon location because who ever is running this store is very shady!!
