I just visited this store after a long hard day at work around 4 PM on December 9, 2025! There were two people working with customers, one per customer, and I sat patiently for nearly ten minutes! No one welcomed me nor addressed me. Not even a “HELLO! Come on in”, or anything! I was disappointed and finally decided to just get up and walk out! Even then no one stopped me to ask if I needed any assistance! I wished to purchase an Apple Watch for my wife but I won’t do it there! Sad

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Husband & I walked in at 4pm to switch carriers (we already have Verizon for internet ) & buy an iPad with Black Friday deal, salesman that was with us originally had an issue with inputting info , went to get help from another salesman. They go back and forth and then our original salesman (Ryan or bryan) starts the process over . By this time it’s 5pm. He starts again and runs into another issue on their end, we wait , 5:50 comes and he goes to the back and comes back and says he gets off at 6. He passes us to Alex (who currently had a customer ) & leaves. Didn’t finish the sale , didn’t finish his call with Verizon tech service … just left.
We are there until 6:40 because like I said Alex already currently had a customer so we couldn’t just “skip” . However we were fed up at this point how the previous salesman handled this situation. Alex lets us know we can go home and he will finish everything with the customer service/tech service, give my husband a call tomorrow to come in and pick everything up . WELLLL here comes tomorrow & we haven’t heard anything. I call customer service and they are trying to push us another deal because of course the Black Friday deal is gone & they have no recollection of our previous conversation or deal .
Everything was handled POORLY . Called to try to speak to a manager but they use an answering service/company, who was only able to setup an appointment for us. He also informed me that the associates aren’t allowed to make outbound calls at the store , SO not only was the customer service HORRIBLE, we were lied to!
