Was told by Roger there was a “glitch” so the work around is issuing a credit and restarting the trade in. Was told it would even out. A week later nothing. I called Roger to check on it and he told me he would research and call me back. Never called back. So I called Verizon and my phone was already showed as dropped off and no restart of the trade in was done. The agent couldn’t understand what the glitch was and why this amount credit was issued. He fixed it right away and restarted the trade in and credit. I really think I was being scammed. As a member for 17 years I am seriously considering leaving Verizon because of this shady “glitch”. Can’t recommend this store at all. Even if it was a true glitch and it was a work around - Call your customer back!
