    I had the best experience with Gordon at Verizon last night. I was trying to activate the service on my new Apple Watch (many other Verizon Stores have tried and failed, Customer Service, Cypress and Willowbrook), and he was a total pro. He knew exactly what to do, handled the whole activation process, and made sure it was working perfectly before I left. He was incredibly patient, professional, and made the whole thing stress-free. If you're setting up a new device, go find Gordon. 10/10, 5 stars!"

    After a terrible experience at a Victra-operated Verizon store, we came here and the difference was night and day. Gordon, the manager, took the time to get my fiancé’s unlocked Moto Razr activated after another store left her with no service. He had it working in under five minutes and made sure everything was set up correctly. Thank you, Gordon, for turning around what had been a really frustrating day. This store restored a bit of our confidence in Verizon.

    No one in the store was able to help resolve my issue. Have been in 3 times now all over 2 hours each and no one was able to help, an "upgrade" was the only suggestion everyone had when my device is under the year warranty.
