Was with verizon 18 years and got tired of always being treated poorly. I left and returned all the equipment and they charged me two months later. Gave them proof it was returned and I want my money back… they told me I had to wait a billing cycle for my money back…….. I waited now it’s been 2 more months the have my money. I’m on a call now so far 1 hour and 13 minutes and they are now arguing they don’t need to give it back. Verizon is a joke I cannot believe I’m being treated like this after paying them too much for a phone for 18 years.

Jose was really great. He got me a really good deal that included way more than than I had with T-Mobile. I was concerned at first about a particular promotion but he went over everything again and Jennifer the manager helped as well. It was a really great experience and I highly recommend this location and Jose!

My experience at this Verizon retail location has been extremely disappointing and misleading. I was persuaded to move 4 lines from AT&T to Verizon after being assured that Verizon would cover my remaining AT&T device balances if I ported in, traded in my devices and upgraded to new iPhones. Months later, it’s been 3 months now, I have still not received the promised reimbursement, and AT&T has already withdrawn the remaining device balances directly from my bank account.
After multiple visits, I was told the issue was “resolved” and that I would receive a master gift card totaling $865, an option that was never part of the original commitment. That reimbursement has also not materialized. Repeated follow ups only resulted in vague instructions to wait. When I returned to the store last week, the same representative who originally signed me up blatantly lied on my face that he did not remember what he had enrolled me in and deflected responsibility by repeatedly telling me to contact customer care.
This entire process has been defined by misinformation, broken promises and a complete lack of accountability. What should have been a straightforward carrier switch turned into a prolonged and exhausting ordeal. Additionally, I experienced unprofessional and dismissive behavior from the store manager, Gordon whose demeanor toward me was noticeably different from how he treated other customers, leaving me with a clear sense of prejudice.
This is, without question the worst experience I have ever had switching wireless carriers. I now regret moving to Verizon since I am locked into a 3 years contract with them.
