From the receptionists, to the techs, Doctors and groomers, they truly care about your pet's well being, are so personable, and love our pets like their own. Once they learned of Finley's passing last week, they sent a sweet gift and card. Today when I brough Huck in for his annual exam, everyone came to say hello and express their condolences. If you are in need of a vet, please consider going to VCA Champions Northwest Animal Hospital - we won't use anyone else.

The phone rang and rang while we watched from the parking lot and they refused to answer the phone. (But did get the food they ordered out)... We left with our Pet unseen. Caused undue stress on the animal in the carrier. This vet has great doctors but the office staff just lost them customers.

- CNCheryl NeubauerOct 10, 20135.0I found a dog on a Saturday night that had clearly been abandoned and wanted to have the dog checked out before allowing the dog stay in my house and be around my children. I love the fact they are open on Sundays. They told me to come on in as soon as I called on Sunday. We waited about 20 minutes which is normal at any vet and then received the greatest care I have ever received at a vet. The tech blew me away at how friendly and loving she was to my rescue. Both the tech and Dr. Blessinger got on the floor with my new love and were very thorough and made me and my dog feel like we were the only ones that existed. They left it up to me on what tests and treatments I wanted to pursue on the pup. I highly recommend this vet and their office and this is after being a loyal customer at another vet for 15+ years.
