    Make sure you go into the store to see if they have what you are looking for cause if you call it’s a person in another country that will say they have what you want then you go inside and they don’t even carry this product in stock. I called and asked if they had a hoverboard and they said yes so I bought a gift card for my friend to pick it up but they don’t actually carry them and couldn’t get one in until 2 weeks later. Couldn’t return the gift card either so I just got screwed on $500. Should be 0 stars but I couldn’t choose that

    Went in to exchange a gift..... manager said it was an item they previously carried but would not exchange my gift. Website says a return without receipt or gift can be exchanged or bestbuy credit. The manager told the rep that if they took it back, they would be stuck with it since they no longer have it in stock. Geez its a $40 item ...not a TV ... I'm very disappointed that a manager can't make the right decision for a local customer that receives a gift from out of state from elderly parents.
